摘要
师范院校作为国家培养各级各类教师的重要阵地,是中国高等院校体系的重要组成部分,地位举足轻重。"双一流"建设开启了高等教育领域大刀阔斧的改革,师范院校的发展也面临着机遇和挑战。师范院校应抓住有利时机,积极发挥师范院校教师教育的本体功能,借力"双一流"、助力"双一流",明确办学定位,保持师范性,强化师德师风建设,完善教学课程体系,培育适应时代发展的优质师资,才能在"双一流"竞争中夺得先机。
Serving as an important position for the country to cultivate and train teachers at all levels, normal universities and colleges are an important part of the higher education system in China. The construction of ＂worldclass universities and disciplines＂ has ushered in drastic reform in the field of higher education, which makes normal universities and colleges face opportunities and challenges in the same time. Normal universities and colleges should seize the favorable opportunity, give full play to the ontological function of teachers＇ education in normal schools, draw support from ＂Double First-Class＂ and boost ＂Double First-Class＂. In order to win the advantage in the ＂Double First-Class＂ competition finally, normal universities and colleges should make a clear orientation, maintain the nature of normal schools, strengthen the construction of ethics, perfect the education curriculum system and cultivate qualified teachers who could adapt to the development of the times.
