摘要 本文介绍了某型号固体火箭发动机在壳体准备过程中出现壳体裸露金属表面生锈的问题。通过试验,选择了合适的防锈剂种类,确定了该防锈剂组份的最佳配比,并详细地研究了该防锈剂防锈性能。结果表明,最佳防锈剂配方为:按质量比(聚苯乙烯:乙酸乙酯=9:91)配制的甲液静止放置一段时间后,加入一定质量的粘接剂C均匀混合。将该防锈剂刷涂到燃烧室壳体外表面上,可以有效地防止壳体外表面生锈。 The problem ofbare metal surface rust during solid rocket motor shell preparation was described in this paper. The suitable type of antirust agent was determined,and the optimum rate of the antirust agent components was obtained. The antirust properties of the antirust agent were studied in detail. The results indicated that liquid( a) was achieved as the optimal mass rate of olystyrene and ethyl acetate was 9: 91 of anti-rust agent formula. The rust preventive was obtained once the liquid( a) which has been stationary placed for a period of time mixed with a certain quality of bonding agent( C). It can effectively prevent metal from rusting when the antirust agent was brushed on the outer surface of the combustion chamber shell.
