摘要
随着中国城镇化进程的加快与城市人口数量的增加,人均使用的城市广场空间面临用地紧张。然而目前国内较多城市广场追求形式主义,造型奇异,规模庞大,不具备适老性。基于老年人生理特征、心理特征与行为特征,以哈尔滨市主城区广场为调研对象,依托国内外先进的理论基础与评价因子的遴选原则,采用聚类分析法和相关性分析法对广场空间品质评价因子进行筛选。针对筛选出的评价因子结合层次分析法予以细分并设计Kano问卷,将问卷所得的重要度和满意度通过Kano模型得出各指标层的修正改进率以及改进重要值,并构建老年友好型城市广场空间品质评价体系。研究结果也为老年友好型城市广场规划设计提供了重要的理论依据。
With the speeding of urbanization in China and the increase of urban population,per capita use land of city square facing land tension. However,at present,the domestic city square pursuits the formalism,strange shape and size,but does not focus the demand of the aged. The Central City Plaza in Harbin is investigated, basing on the physiological characteristics, psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics about the elderly,adopting Cluster analysis and Correlation analysis to selection,which is based on the quality factor of square space. Kano questionnaire is subdivided and designed according to the screening evaluation factors combined with analytic hierarchy process. The importance and satisfaction are obtained through the questionnaire. The Kano model is applied for calculating the correcting and improving rate,and the crucial improving value of each indicator level,and the model is utilized to construct the space quality evaluation system of aging-friendly city square. The results also provide an important theoretical basis for the planning and design of the elderly-friendly city square.
