摘要
将机械振动施加于消失模型壳铸造ZL101A合金中,研究浇注温度对消失模型壳铸造ZL101A合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,未施加机械振动时,消失模型壳铸造ZL101A合金凝固组织粗大,力学性能偏低;施加机械振动以后,合金凝固组织和力学性能均明显改善。随着浇注温度升高,合金凝固组织形貌发生改善,但过高的浇注温度使得合金凝固组织有粗化的趋势。此外,提高浇注温度使得消失模型壳铸造ZL101A合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和硬度呈现不同程度的下降,过高的浇注温度会显著削弱合金的力学性能。因此,在消失模型壳铸造ZL101A合金振动凝固过程中,选择合适的浇注温度才能发挥机械振动的最佳效果。
The mechanical vibration was applied to the ZL101 Aaluminum alloy produced by the expendable pattern shell casting to understand the effects of pouring temperature and mechanical vibration on the microstructure and mechanical properties.The results show that without mechanical vibration,the microstructure of the ZL101 Aaluminum alloy exhibits coarse with low mechanical properties.With the mechanical vibration,the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy can be improved greatly.With increasing in pouring temperature,the microstructure of the ZL101 Aaluminum alloy can be improved greatly,however,an too high pouring temperature can result in the coarseness of the microstructure.Moreover,the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and hardness of the ZL101 Aaluminum alloy can be decreased to some extent with increasing in pouring temperature,and an too high pouring temperature can weaken sharply the mechanical properties of the ZL101 A aluminum alloy.Therefore,the mechanical vibration has an optimal effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZL101 Aaluminum alloy by choosing an appropriate pouring temperature during the expendable pattern shell casting.
