摘要
本文采用HPV医师采样和自采样的方法,对315位体检人员分别进行两次采样。通过荧光PCR检测方法,对HPV DNA分型检测筛查,比较两种方法 HPV采样检测效果,同时小范围内调查HPV感染率及感染型别。实验结果表明,医师采样阳性率为13.33,HPV自采样检测阳性率为16.83,人群阳性感染率为16左右,主要感染型别为HPV52、HPV58、HPV16、HPV66。初步证明HPV筛查过程中自采样比医师采样具有更好的检测效果,同时感染率和常见感染型别符合国内情况。
In this paper, 315 medical staff was sampled twice by HPV physicians sampling and self-sampling. Through fluorescent PCR detection method, HPV DNA types were tested and detection effects of the two HPV sampling methods were compared. Meanwhile, HPV infection rate and infection type were small-scale investigat- ed. The experimental results showed that the positive rate of physician sampling was 13.33 and that of HPV self- sampling was 16.83. The positive infection rate was 16, and the main infection types were HPV52, HPV58, HPV16 and HPV66. The fact that self-sampling has a better detection effect than the physician sampling in HPV screening process was preliminarily evidenced. The infection rate and common infection types were in line with the domestic situation.
