摘要
利用朗缪尔双探针对磁场条件下辉光放电等离子体特性进行的实验研究,获得了在磁场作用下直流辉光放电区探针的伏安特性曲线,其变化特性和没有磁场条件下的大致相同;经对探针伏安特性曲线进行分析和处理,可得到在磁场条件下直流辉光等离子体的电子密度;通过在不同的气压和辉光电流下的实验,得到了磁场条件的伏安特性曲线随气压和辉光电流的变化趋势。
A Langmuir double probe experiment is carried out to investigate the glow discharge plasma characteristics in magnetic field. The Volt-Ampere characteristic curve of the probe in the DC glow discharge zone under the action of the magnetic field is obtained, which is basically identical to that without magnetic field. Then, the electron density of the DC glow discharge plasma under the magnetic field condition is obtained. Also, the variation of the Volt-Ampere charac- teristic curve with the air pressure and the glow current under the magnetic field condition is investigated.
