摘要
对比红火的新手机销售背后,我国废旧手机的回收率却不高,如果废旧手机不能得到妥善处理,不仅会对环境造成极大污染,还会造成资源的极度浪费。本文通过对比国外废旧手机回收标准化发展情况,提出通过健全废旧手机回收处理管理体系、落实相关责任主体、加强对行业的监管、规范和引导三个方面,提升废旧手机回收标准化建设水平,从而提高我国废旧手机回收处理率,健全手机回收市场,推动废旧手机回收绿色产业发展。
Compared with the booming sales of new cellular phones, the recovery rate of used cellular phones is not high in China. If the old cellular phones can＇t be properly handled, it will not only cause severe pollution to the environment, but also cause a lot of waste of resources. The article compares the development of the standardization of recycling of used cellular phone in foreign countries, and proposes that through improving the management system of recycling for used cellular phones, implementing the relevant responsibility bodies, strengthening the supervision, specification and guidance of industry to upgrade the development level of used cellular phones recycling standardization, which lead to the improvement of recycling ＆ reusing rate and the second-hand cellular phone market rules, and enhancement of the development of green cellular industry.
