摘要
本文通过CFD仿真模拟软件,对电热水器热水输出率的测算过程进行了CFD数值模拟,在此基础上,针对不同结构的方案进行了对比分析,最终确定了影响电热水器热水输出率的相关因素。为电热水器提高热水输出率确定了新的技术改进方向,并同步缩短了开发周期。
Based on the CFD simulation software, the calculation process for hot water output rate of electric water heater by CFD numerical simulation, and on top of that, according to different structure, the article expressed the comparison and analysis on dift^rent scheme, and finally it determined the related factors affecting output rate of hot water of the electric water heater. It determined new technical improvement directions for improving hot water output rate of electric water heater, which shortened the development cycle synchronously.
