摘要
本文以茶叶中的农药残留检测技术、香菇多糖检测技术、以及PM2.5监测技术为代表,统计分析了这些典型领域技术标准、专利保护以及产业竞争优势的概况,在此基础上分析了化学检测领域技术标准化的可能性并给出相关建议。结果显示,通过培育龙头企业,改进标准研制模式,加强市场准入管理,建立专利审批和标准颁布的联动机制,能够有效地促进专利与标准的融合,进一步提升产业竞争优势。
In this paper, the technical standards, patent protection and industrial competitive advantages of typical fields are analyzed statistically based on the detection technology of the pesticide residues in tea, and the detection technology of the letinous edodes polysaccharide, and the PM2.5 monitoring technology. On this basis, the possibility of technical standardization in the field of chemical detection is analyzed and relevant suggestions are given. The results showed that through the cultivation of leading enterprises, improve the standard development mode, strengthen the management of market access, establish linkage mechanism and issued patent examination standard, can effectively promote the integration of patents and standards, to further enhance the competitive advantage of the industry.
