电子商务环境下的多维教育与农村居民创业选择——基于CFPS2014和CHIPS2013农村居民数据的实证分析 被引量:58

摘要 农村电子商务具有技术和市场环境的双重特征,使其成为我国农村重要的创业环境因素。理论上看,本文认为电子商务可能通过改善农村居民知识存量、知识有效性和知识路径等提升或削弱多维度教育对农村居民创业选择的影响。本文利用CFPS2014和CHIPS2013微观调查数据,匹配阿里巴巴电子商务发展指数a-EDI,对上述理论进行了检验。结果发现:电子商务使得农村居民创业选择对于学历教育的依赖性降低,而是可能依赖电子商务带来的全球化、数据化、平台化的市场信息与知识;电子商务增加了基于亲缘地缘交流中的有效内容,使得默会知识对农村居民创业选择的积极影响得以增强;电子商务降低了农村居民创业选择对于互联网学习的依赖性,而是可能依赖农村电子商务所提供的更为精准的、可定制的在线知识获取方式。进一步研究发现,相对于资本密集型行业,上述结论在劳动密集型产业中更为显著。主要结论在控制了内生性和稳健性检验中始终表现稳健。 E-commerce,a phenomenon with Chinese characteristics,has become a new foundation for the development of the countryside. Rural residents have low educational background,however,entrepreneurship depends largely on the level of knowledge. How to use E-commerce to help enhance rural residents′ knowledge and learning ability becomes a critical issue of their entrepreneurship choices. This article divides the formal education and informal education received by rural residents into three kinds:Academic education,Tacit knowledge derived from neighborhood′s communication and Learning by Internet. After matching the data of CHIPS2013 and CFPS2014 with a-EDI(Electronic Development Index)released by Ali Institute,we developed a theoretical model and analysed the influence of dimensional education on entrepreneurship under the environment of E-commerce. The results show that:(1) Academic education has lower effects on rural residents′ entrepreneurship where there is a higher level of Ecommerce,E-commerce makes the academic education needed by entrepreneurship less important,releasing much more knowledge storage;(2) Internet learning has a higher marginal effect for promoting rural residents′ entrepreneurship and increases their access to the information and knowledge of entrepreneurship when E-commerce starts to develop;(3) Tacit knowledge derived by neighboring communication has a higher improvement for rural entrepreneurial behaviors,and promotes efficient communication of entrepreneurial knowledge among rural residents where there is a higher level of E-commerce development. The results above are still robust after using different data for validation.
