不停井间抽技术在葡萄花油田的应用与认识 被引量:1

摘要 随着油田开发的不断深入,葡萄花油田部分区块的注采出现失衡,部分机采井的动液面水平较低,油田及时采取了间抽措施。实际执行过程中,由于人为启停抽油机,出现了工作量大、劳动强度高的问题。为此,开展了不停井间抽技术研究。综合考虑多方面因素,对技术方案进行了无缺陷设计,确保设备投用后无功能缺陷。现场采取两种技术方案对技术的准确性进行了验证,装置能够按照设定的启停时间进行电动机的启停;对设备的稳定性进行了有效评价;对摇摆模式在消除安全隐患上的作用进行了评估;对节能机理进行了分析并进行了优化设计,同时采取现场对比验证的方式对间歇摇摆模式与整周期运行模式的功率进行了测试,前者较后者节电达到了80%以上,展示了较好的节电效果。 With the continuous development of the development,the injection and production of some parts of the oil field of the grape oilfield appear unbalance.The level of the moving level of a part of the mining well is low.The oilfield has taken the inter-pumping measures in time.In the process of actual execution,because of artificial pumping units,the workload is large and the labor intensity is high.Therefore,the research on the non-stop well pumping technology was carried out.Comprehensive consideration of many factors,The design of the technical scheme is designed without defect,Ensure no functional defects after the equipment is put into use.Two technical schemes are adopted to verify the accuracy of the technology,The device can start and stop the motor according to the set up and stop time;The stability of the equipment is evaluated effectively;Evaluation of the role of swing mode in eliminating the hidden dangers of security;The energy saving mechanism is analyzed and the optimized design is carried out;At the same time,the power of the intermittent swing mode and the whole cycle operation mode is tested by the method of field comparison and verification,The former is more than 80% more than the latter,It shows a good power saving effect.
