摘要
为进一步提高垦区事业单位内部管理水平,规范内部控制,加强廉政风险防控机制建设,广东农垦总局根据财政部及农业部的统一部署,在垦区83家事业单位全面实施内部控制体系建设,力争2017年底前在事业单位范围内建成标准规范、运行高效的内控体系。要建成如此庞大的内部控制体系,建设流程控制显得尤为关键。
In order to improve the internal management of Administrative Institutions,to be equipped with a set of scientifically standardized internal control system,to establish the mechanism of ICAC risk precaution,GDNK has already established the internal control system within 83 administrative institutions, according to a unified deployment the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Agriculture launched. GDNK worked hard to work out an internal control system,which is standard and efficient,within all the administrative institutions. So,constructing procedure is especially crucial when there is a need to establish such a huge internal control system.
