摘要
结合目前装配式建筑及建筑产业化的发展状况,对传统建筑企业转型发展的必然性和必要性进行了分析,指出传统建筑企业只有在稳定的市场前景及明确实用的技术体系下,尽可能的涵盖或者整合全产业链各环节中的工作和资源,才能扩展企业的发展空间和前景。
Based on the current development of assembly-type buildings and industrialization of buildings,the inevitability and necessity of the transformation and development of traditional construction enterprises are analyzed. The traditional construction enterprises only in a stable market prospects and a clear and practical technology system,to cover or integrate all aspects of the entire industry chain of work and resources as much as possible in order to expand the development space and business prospects.
