摘要 [目的/意义]旨在为少儿图书馆开展个性化服务、实现特色化建设目标提供参考。[方法/过程]分析依托小数据开展个性化服务模式,以及存在问题,并提出相关解决措施。[结果/结论]小数据的应用将完善少儿图书馆的个性化服务,并为用户提供合理、优质、高满意度的服务。 [Purpose/signi ficance]The paper is to provide references for chi ldren’s library to carry out personal ized service and realize target of characteristics construction. [Method/process ]The paper analyzes the personalized service models based on small data and the existing problems, and puts forwards relevant solutions. [Result/conclusion]The application of small data will improve the per-sonalized service of children ’ s library, and provide users with high quality, high-satisfaction-level reasonable service.
