摘要
众多研究显示同型半胱氨酸是心脑血管病发生的独立危险因素,当高血压与高同型半胱氨酸血症同时存在时,二者协同增加心脑血管事件的风险,产生1+1>2的效应。现就其研究进展做一简要综述。
Numerous studies have shown that homocysteine is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. When hypertension and hyperhomocysteinemia exist simultaneously, the two together increase the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, resulting in 1 +1 〉 2 effect. It is a brief overview of its research progress.
