基于LabVIEW的测量放大器参数测试系统设计

摘要 测量放大器主要用来实现对微弱电信号的放大,在测控领域有很广泛的用途,对测量放大器的参数测试十分重要。为了实现基于LabVIEW与数据采集卡USB-6221的测量放大器参数测试与验证。以扫频信号源作为测量放大电路的激励源,将其加到电路两端,经测量放大器电路将信号放大,通过DAQ数据采集卡采集放大后的信号并在屏幕上显示,利用LabVIEW程序间接计算电压增益、共模抑制比、阻抗等参数,验证测量放大电路的高电压增益,高共模抑制比,高输入阻抗的特点。仿真实验结果表明,该系统数据采集方便,精确度高。 The measurement amplifier is mainly used for amplification of weak electrical signals and has a wide range of applications in the field of measurement and control. It is very important to measure the parameters of the amplifier. This design mainly realizes the measurement and verification of the measurement amplifier based on LabVIEW and data acquisition card usb-6221. Frequency sweep signal source as excitation source of measuring amplifier circuit, added to the circuit at both ends, amplify the signal amplifier circuit, measured through DAQ data acquisition card signal acquisition enlarged and displayed on the screen, using LabVIEW application indirect calculation of voltage gain, common mode rejection ratio, impedance parameters, such as measuring high voltage gain of the amplifier circuit, high common mode rejection ratio, high input impedance characteristics. The system data collection is convenient and accurate.
