摘要
制造执行系统(MES)是将现代的信息技术应用于车间管理中的体现,是位于下层工业控制与上层管理计划系统之间的面向生产车间的信息管理系统。结合我国的离散制造型企业生产车间的作业现状,对车间层的管理与计划存在的问题进行了研究,分析了适合离散制造车间作业与管理的体系结构、系统构建原则和数据交互模式。
The manufacturing execution system (MES) is a form of expression of the modern information technology applied in the workshop management. This is a production based information management system, located between the upper and lower levels of the industrial control and upper level management level planning system. In this paper, the current status quo of production workshop of discrete manufacturing enterprises in China is studied, and the problems in the management and planning of the workshop floor are deeply studied. Based on this, the architecture and working principles of operation and management of processing workshops are analyzed.
