摘要
研制一种带有测速功能、振动上固定转髋的核心力量训练装置。该仪器由底座、平衡座、两组振动支撑杆和量化监控组件等部分组成。仪器研发以运动员核心稳定力量训练和运动技能形成的机制为原理,目的在于提高运动员髋部转体动作中机体各运动单元的协调工作能力,发展机体核心区域的主动肌群与被动肌群,改善运动员对核心肌群的控制能力。将训练过程进行量化和定性的数字化测量,以有效的科学监控实现训练可控化。
The training device for the vibrationally fixed rotating hip core strength with function of velocity measurement is developed.The device is composed of a base,a balance seat,two groups of vibration support rods and quantitative monitoring components.The development of the device is based on the principle of athletes' core stability strength training and mechanism for the formation of sports skills.The purpose is to improve the coordination ability of each motion unit of the body in the athlete hip rotating movement,develop the active muscles and passive muscles in the core area of the body,and improve the athletes' ability to control the core muscles.The quantitative and qualitative digital measurement of the training process is carried out,and the control of the training can be realized by the effective scientific monitoring.
