板式螺旋钢梯一阶振动特性分析

摘要 该文以板式螺旋钢梯为研究对象,采用ABAQUS壳单元建立了有限元分析模型,分析了不同参数下板式螺旋钢梯的一阶振动特性,并考察了梯梁形式对其特性的影响。通过分析得出结论:一阶振动频率随总螺旋角增大而降低,随梯宽增加而减小;支座固接时用钢板替代箱形截面梯梁是可行的;并建议总螺旋角度较大时两端按固接设计。分析结果可以为板式螺旋钢梯的工程应用提供参考。 Based on the plate-type steel spiral stairs, this paper establishes the finite element analysis model in ABAQUS elements to analyze the first or-der vibration characteristics of plate-type steel spiral stairs with different parameters and investigate the impact of stair beam form on the characteristics,with some conclusions drawn as follows: the frequency of the first order vibration of steel spiral stairs decreases with the increase of the total spiral angleor the width of the stairs; it is feasible to replace the box section ladder beam with steel plate at the clamp concretion; and it is suggested to design the two ends concreted when the overall spiral angle is great. These conclusions can provide references for the engineering application of the spiral steel stairs.
