摘要
单个凸轮做高速不平衡回转运动时,会对系统产生一定的振动,而由多个凸轮连杆组成的系统对凸轮轴的变形影响又尤其明显(各凸轮之间的动作不协调、不对称),该变形会引起系统的振动。以糖果包装机械中常用到的凸轮系统为研究对象,对单个凸轮连杆建立弹簧-质量系统,以执行构件的设计要求为输入信号,在MATLAB/SIMULINK下求得凸轮的响应曲线,再以凸轮的响应曲线作为凸轮轴的输入曲线,求得多凸轮轴的响应,以此求得该轴的最大变形量。为验证凸轮系统的设计是否满足要求提供了一种方法。结果证明在考虑自身阻尼的情况下,高速运转的多个凸轮对凸轮轴的变形和执行构件的精度有较大影响,但能满足一般工况要求。
When a single cam rotated in unbalance and high speed, it will produce a vibration on the system, and the effect of the system composed of multiple cam rods on the deformation of the camshaft is particularly obvious(due to the coordinated and the asymmetrical movements of the cams), then the vibration of the system will be caused because of the deformation. A cam system that widely used in candy packaging machine is taken as the research object, spring-quality system of single cam rod system is established, the design requirement of the execution component is taken as the input signal, and response curve of the cam is obtained with MATLAB/SIMULINK. The response curve of the cam is taken as the input curve of the cam shaft, and the response of the multiple cam shafts are obtained, so the maximum deformation of the shaft is acquired.A method to verify whether the design of the cam system meets the requirements is provided. Research result shows that considering its own damping, the high speed rotation of multiple cams has a great influence on the deformation of the cam shaft and the accuracy of the execution component, but the requirements of general working conditions can be met.
