摘要
探究了枸杞多糖免疫增效剂对高龄蛋鸡抗体水平和细胞因子分泌的影响,选择体况、品种相同的高龄蛋鸡20只,每天饲喂同样的饲料,同时每天定时定量拌料饲喂自制蛋鸡枸杞多糖免疫增效剂0.2g/只,连用7d。分别在试验第0天、用药后第7天和第14天各采血1次,分离血清,用定量检测卡检测蛋鸡免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA,细胞因子IL-2、IL-13、IL-9、IL-17、IFN-γ、TNF-β等。结果表明,IgA、IgM、IgG含量在跟踪饲喂7d和跟踪14d都有增长趋势;IL-2、IL-13、IL-17、IL-19在饲喂后含量有上升的趋势;TNF-β、IFN-γ饲喂后含量均升高。说明枸杞多糖免疫增效剂饲喂7d后,可提高高龄蛋鸡抗体水平和细胞因子分泌。
In order to investigate the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide（LBP） immune synergist on antibody levels and secretion of cytokines,20 old laying hens with similar body condition were chosen, and the same feeding every day,each hen was administrated with 0.2 g LBP immune synergist each day for 7 d constant feeding.The blood were taken at 0 d,7 d and 14 d respectively.The seral IgG,IgM,IgA,IL-2,IL- 13, IL-9,IL-17, IFN-7,TNF-β were detected by quantitative detection card. The results showed that IgA, IgM and IgG were increased in 7 and 14 days; IL-2, IL-13, IL-17 and IL-19 increased; levels of TNF-l] and IFN-7 increased significantly.The results indicated that Lycium barbarum polysaceharide immune synergist can improve the antibody and eytokine levels in old laying hens after feeding for 7 days.
