摘要
水利工程发展要从提高其施工质量着手,而影响水利工程施工质量的有人员因素、材料因素、施工环境和机械设备等因素,需明确它们与施工质量间的关系,且采取针对性强的举施,施工质量才可得到保障性提升,水利工程也才能实现全面性发展。论文从施工影响要素及解决措施出发,探讨水利工程发展的核心环节。
Water conservancy project development to improve the quality of its construction, there are human factors, material factors, environment and construction machinery and equipment and other factors affecting the quality of water conservancy project construction, to make clear of their relationship with the construction quality, and take targeted measures, the construction quality can be guaranteed, and water conservancy project in order to achieve the comprehensive development. Starting from the influencing factors of construction and solving measures, this paper discusses the core link of water conservancy project development.
