摘要
现代工业厂房对混凝土地面平整度的要求日趋严格,建设工期又极为紧张,传统导轨加整平梁的施工方法已不能满足质量和工期要求。为此,本项目引进了美国神龙公司出品的激光整机进行混凝土摊铺、压实、整平,从而解决了地面空鼓、开裂、不平、起砂等问题,达到了超平地坪质量要求,不仅降低了成本,而且加快了进度。
The requirement of the flatness of concrete floor surface in modem industrial workshop is increasingly strict. The project construction time is extremely limited. Traditional construction method of guide rail and leveling beam can hardly meet the requirements. Therefore, we introduce SOMERO laser leveling machine in the proj eet. It can be used for concrete paving, compaction and leveling, so as to solve problems including the ground hollowing, cracking, uneven ground, sand and other issues. It plays a positive role on meeting the requirements of super fiat floor quality and reducing the construction time and cost.
