摘要
目的探讨肺功能检查脉冲震荡法对早期小气道病变诊断价值的临床研究。方法选择慢性阻塞性肺病高危患者、哮喘高危患者、咳嗽型哮喘患者、胸闷型哮喘患者各40例分别设为实验1~4组,随机抽取同期健康志愿者40例设为对照组,对比分析肺功能检查脉冲震荡法对早期小气道病变诊断价值。结果全部实验组患者呼吸总阻抗高于对照组,脉冲频率分别为5 Hz、10 Hz、20 Hz、35 Hz时气道粘性阻力及共振频率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将脉冲震荡法应用于早期小气道病变患者的诊断当中,能够为诊断者提供清晰、准确的病变信息,有利于及时准确的诊断,提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of pulse vibration method for pulmonary function examination in early small airway disease. Methods 40 patients with high risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, high risk of asthma, cough asthma, chest tightness asthma were selected as the experimental group 1 - 4, 40 healthy volunteers were randomly selected as the control group, and the diagnostic value of pulmonary function examination pulse oscillation method for early small airway diseases was compared and analyzed. Results The total respiratory impedance of all the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. When the pulse frequency was 5 Hz, 10 Hz, 20 Hz and 35 Hz, the airway viscous resistance and resonance frequency were higher than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of impulse oscillometry in early diagnosis of patients with small airway disease, can provide clear and accurate information for disease diagnosis, is conducive to the timely and accurate diagnosis, improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
