摘要 针对炮尾加工工艺复杂且传统工艺规程不能直观反映加工工艺路线等问题,提出一种基于炮尾加工工艺路线专家系统的开发方法.在分析炮尾加工路线的基础上建立加工工艺路线知识库,对其加工工艺进行规律性推理,实现专家系统开发必需的知识库和推理机,并利用专家系统开发工具DEST(Design Expert System Tools)实现炮尾工艺路线设计专家系统的开发. Aiming at the complexity of the gun breech process, the traditional processing rules can not reflect the output and data management of the process route. The ex- pert system of the processing route based on the gun breech is developed technology is presented. The processing route of the gun breech is analyzed, the knowledge base of processing route is established, the reasoning of processing technology is carried out regularly, the knowledge base and reasoning ma- chine necessary for expert system development are realized, and use DEST(design expert system tools) expert system development tools to achieve the gun breech of the process- ing line of expert system development.
