摘要
《五大历数全书汇编》是古代印度一部重要的数理天文学著作,收录其中的《宝莉莎历数书》中的行星理论并未采用本轮模型,其鲜明的代数传统与中国传统行星理论的思路非常相似。文章详细讨论了《宝莉莎历数书》中金星、木星、土星和火星的始见算法、动态表的结构与精度、中心差修正算法以及黄经计算精度。结果表明,《宝莉莎历数书》中金星和火星黄经计算精度大体相当,木星和土星黄经计算精度大体相当,其中木星和土星中心差修正算法的效果比较明显。
Pācasiddhāntikā is an important ancient Indian work on mathematical astronomy.The planetary theory in Paulisa Siddhānta collected in Pācasiddhāntikā is different from the doubleepicycle model, but its distinct algebraic tradition is very similar to Chinese planetary theory. This paper mainly discusses the algorithm for calculating the first appearance of the planet, the structure and accuracy of graded motion, the algorithm for calculating the equation of the center and the accuracy of the longitude of Venus, Jupiter, Saturn and Mars in Paulisa Siddhānta. The results show that the accuracy of the longitude of Venus is roughly equivalent to that of Mars, and the accuracy of the longitude of Jupiter is roughly equivalent to that of Saturn. In addition, the results also show that the algorithm for calculating the equation of the center has a great effect on calculating the position of Jupiter and Saturn.
