平抑交直流混合配电系统功率波动的协调运行控制策略 被引量:10

摘要 为了平抑交直流混合配电系统电网有功功率波动,保障系统安全稳定的运行,首先对比分析了3种适用于交直流混合配电系统的拓扑结构,选择了可控性能较好的两端型拓扑结构,根据负荷需求确定了合适的电压等级;其次阐述了直流母线电压波动的平抑方法,分析研究了配电系统有功功率波动协调运行控制策略,提出了1种储能系统配合交直流混合配电系统的换流站协调运行控制策略,并进行了相关指标定义及理论分析;最后在PSCAD/EMTDC软件中建立了仿真模型,对包含储能系统协调控制的稳态模型进行了仿真;依据提出的储能系统与换流站协调运行控制策略,对交直流混合配电系统短路故障进行了对比仿真及分析。仿真结果表明:在包含大量分布式电源及储能的交直流混合配电系统中,采用储能系统与换流站协调运行控制策略,能较好地平抑系统故障状态下产生的有功功率波动;在直流母线有功功率切换频繁时,控制策略能快速响应,降低对保护设备的要求,保障系统稳定运行。该换流站储能协调运行控制策略可作为平抑交直流混合配电系统电网功率波动的工程方案。 In order to suppress the active power fluctuations of AC/DC hybrid distribution system, and ensure the safety and stability of the system. Firstly, we compared and analyzed three kinds of topological structures, which are suitable for AC/DC hybrid power distribution system. Moreover, we selected the two-terminal topology with better controllable performances and determined, the voltage level according to the load demand. Secondly, we described the suppression method of DC bus voltage fluctuation, and analyzed the coordinated control strategy of the power distribution system. Furthermore, we proposed a control strategy of the energy storage system combined with the converter station, and put forward definition of indicators and theoretical derivation. Finally, we established a simulation model in the PSCAD/EMTDC software to simulate the steady-state system, including coordinated control of energy storage system. Based on the coordinated operation control strategy between the energy storage system and the converter station, we compared and analyzed the fault condition in AC/DC hybrid power distribution system. The simulation results show that using the energy control strategy can suppress the active power fluctuation caused by the fault condition in the AC/DC hybrid distribution system with a large amount of distributed power supply and energy storage. When the power is frequently switched, the control strategy can respond quickly, reduce the requirements of protective equipment, and ensure the stable operation of the system. The coordinated operation control strategy between the energy storage system and the converter station can be used as an engineering scheme to suppress the active power fluctuation of AC/DC hybrid power distribution system.
