摘要
酸化剂具有高效、无污染、无残留等特性,同酶制剂、植物提取物、益生素等逐渐成为理想的抗生素替代品,因而受到饲料行业人员的广泛关注。近几年,有关酸化剂抗菌作用和调节营养生理功能的研究均取得许多新进展。为酸化剂在畜禽业中的合理应用,文章就酸化剂的种类,作用机理,在畜禽生产中的应用效果,影响因素及存在的问题等方面作以阐述。
Acidifier has drawn wide attention by feed industry personnel due to its characteristics of high efficiency, no pollution and no residual, which gradually become an ideal replacement for antibiotics, such as enzyme preparation, plant extracts, probiotics, etc. In recent years, many new progresses have been made in the research field of the antibacterial activity and the nutritional physiology function of regulating nutrition about acidifier. For rational application of acidification agents in livestock and poultry industry, the types, action mechanism, application effect, influencing factors and existing problems of acidification agents were expounded in this paper.
