摘要
以中亚管道C线RR压缩机组为例,简要介绍了RR压缩机组润滑系统组成,介绍了现场在制作机组撬间润滑油管道时的一些保障管道清洁度的措施,系统总结了RR压缩机组润滑油系统冲洗的详细步骤、工艺方法和注意事项。实践证明,此文总结的润滑油冲洗方法不仅可以保证润滑油的质量,而且可以大大提高润滑油系统冲洗的效率,是能确保压缩机组安全平稳运行的实用方法。
In this paper, set the RR compressor unit in Central Asia pipeline line C as an example, the structure of RR compressor unit lubricating system was briefly introduced. Meanwhile, some measures of ensuring pipeline cleanliness while making unit lubricating oil pipeline on site were given as well. The paper systematically summarized the detailed steps, process methods and precautions of the flushing of RR compressor unit lubricating oil system. The practice proved that the lubricating oil flushing method summarized in the paper not only ensure the quality of lubricating oil, but also greatly improve the efficiency of lubricating oil system flushing. It is the practical method for ensuring compressor unit operating stably and safely.
