摘要
毒莠定是含氯杂环类激素型除草剂,低毒但有致癌性,其残留对环境和人体健康造成威胁。该文从光谱法,色谱法,电化学法和免疫法等方面,概述了在土壤、水环境、食品、微生物等环境介质中毒莠定检测分析的国内外研究进展,并对其在环境分析领域的应用前景提出展望,以期为以毒莠定为代表的农药残留快速检测和去除研究提供参考。
Herbicide picloram(4-amino-3,5,6-trichloropicolinic acid) has recently attracted a great deal of attentions because of its toxicity and harm to health and environment, and considered as a carcinogen and environmental hormone. This article reviews recent research progress on the detection methods of picloram in soils, water, food, and microorganism by spectrometry, chromatography, electrochemical method, and immunoassay. In addition, the prospects for the application and development of picloram detection in environment were reviewed, which will play a significant role in theory research and practical application of pesticide residue detection and removal in future.
