摘要 以4-氨基-N-甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,经溴化、过滤制得溴化物4-氨基-5-溴-N-甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺;然后以该溴化物为原料用亚硝酸钠进行重氮化,制得的重氮溶液与3-N’N-二乙氨基乙酰苯胺偶合,生成偶合物,再进行水洗、过滤,所得的滤饼经干燥、粉碎,进行氰基取代反应,该反应使用DMF做溶剂,用氰化钠在无水条件下进行,合成出的滤饼经3次DMF洗涤、3次工艺水洗涤,去除副产物而制得高牢度的分散染料。研究了反应条件的影响,在优化的工艺条件下,总收率达93.64%。 C.I. Disperse Violet 107 was synthesized by a process starting from bromination for 4-Amino-N- Methylphthalimide, after that, followed by filtration for reaction mass, the filter cake was sent to make diazotization, use sodium nitrite as diazo reagent, then carry out coupling with 3-N,N-Bis (ethylamino)acetanilide; Then, water wash for the filter eake followed by drying, milling, and then carry out a cyanidation reaction, use DMF as solvent and sodium cyanide as reagent, keeping reaction in the condition of anhydrous. The forming filter cake should be washed by DMF 3 times to remove by-products and 3 times water wash, high fastness disperse dye was obtained. The factors which influence the reactions were studied. Under the optimum conditions, the overall yield was 93.64%.
