Internet + Healthcare Practice Based on the Needs of Maternal and Child Patients

摘要 目的:运用互联网+医疗技术,改善妇幼患者就医体验。方法:通过微信公众服务号、孕妈妈专属App、远程门诊和电视医院等手段,实施以妇幼患者需求为中心的互联网+医疗解决方案。结果:截止到2017年5月,微信挂号缴费使用209万人次;微信在线"轻问诊",日均咨询量500余人次,占门诊日均量8.3%;"孕宝"App服务2.4万名孕妈妈,回答问题100万个,孕期来院次数由26.3次减少到14.6次;网络门诊开展31次,诊治患者近500人次;电视医院门诊完成近100例。结论:以妇幼患者为中心的互联网+医疗建设,改进了医疗流程,大幅度缩短病人在院时间,极大地提升了妇幼患者满意度。 Objective: To use the Internet + healthcare technology to improve medical experience of maternal and child patients. Methods: By means of WeChat official service account, exclusive App for pregnant mothers, remote outpatient and TV hospital, the Internet + healthcare solution with the center of needs of maternal and child patients is implemented. Results: By May 2017, the number of use of WeChat for registration and payment is 2.09 million person-times; the daily average number of inquiries of WeChat online Qingwenzhen is more than 500 person-times, accounting for 8.3% of the average daily outpatient visits; Yunbao APP has provided services to 24,000 pregnant mothers and answered 1 million questions, the number of hospital visits during pregnancy has reduced from 26.3 times to 14.6 times; Internet outpatient service has been provided for 31 times, nearly 500 person-times of patients have been diagnosed and treated; and nearly 100 cases of TV hospital outpatient have been completed. Conclusion: The Internet + healthcare construction with the center of maternal and child patients improves the medical process, greatly shortens the time spent by patients in hospital, and greatly improves the satisfaction of maternal and child patients.
