摘要
目的:了解河南省合成毒品滥用者现状,为更科学地进行药物滥用监测工作提供参考依据。方法:通过检索国家药物滥用监测系统数据库,对2016年河南省合成毒品滥用者的人口学资料和滥用行为特征等数据进行汇总分析。结果:合成毒品滥用以青少年、初中以下文化程度、男性、无业或者农民为主要滥用人群。滥用主要原因是好奇,滥用方式是烫吸,主要滥用场所为无固定地点,毒品主要来源是同伴提供。结论:滥用合成毒品的青少年及女性群体的增长情况不容忽视,针对药物滥用者的人口及流行病学特征,应加大合成毒品的知识和危害的宣教力度,加大对毒品犯罪的打击力度,加强对主要滥用场所的监督和检查,也应扩大监测范围,以提高药物滥用监测覆盖率。
Objective： To study the current situation of synthetic drug users in Henan province,and to provide a reference for more scientific monitoring of drug abuse.Methods： By searching the database of national drug abuse monitoring system,the demographic data and abusive behavior characteristics of synthetic drug abusers in Henan province in 2016 were collected and analyzed.Results： Synthetic drug abusers are mainly teenagers,below junior high school,male,unemployed or farmers. The main reason for drug use in Methamphetamine abusers is curiosity,the main administration way of abuse is ＂chase dragon＂,the main place of drug abuse is not fixed and the main source of drugs is provided by peers.Conclusion： The growth of adolescents and women who abuse synthetic drugs can not be ignored. In view of the demographic and epidemiological characteristics of drug abusers,efforts should be made to increase the awareness of the knowledge and hazards of synthetic drugs,combat drug-related crimes and strengthen the supervision and inspection of major abuse areas. The results also suggest that it is necessary to expand the scope of the monitoring to improve the drug abuse monitoring coverage in the future.
