摘要 通过对数控曲线带锯机的锯切方式进行分析,最终选取带锯条的工作边绕锯齿连线摆动,同时对工件固定在工作台上做X向和Y向移动的曲线锯切形式进行讨论分析。根据这种类型曲线锯切方式的数控曲线带锯机加工曲线的工作原理,研究了数控曲线带锯机加工木材时锯条的受力状态和曲线锯路形成的过程,着重分析了带锯机曲线锯切时锯路的宽度和最小锯切半径。经过分析,总结得出数控曲线带锯机形成曲线轨迹的基本原理,基于该基本原理计算整理得到锯路宽度的估算公式及最小锯切半径的极限公式,为数控曲线带锯机加工曲线时确定其加工范围和理论出材率提供理论依据。 According to the analysis of curve saw cutting method of numerical control curve band-sawing machine, the paper finally selects and discusses this kind of curve sawing working way, in which band saw blade oscillates rotationally, the work piece on the workbench moves in X axis and Y axis direction. Based on the working principle of this type of machining curve of the numerical control curve band-sawing machine mentioned above, the stress state and the formation process of sawing curve road are analyzed when the wood is processed by the band-sawing machine. The paper pays attention to the cutting width of the road and the minimum cutting radius while sawing. The basic principle of the formation of the curve track can be summarized after analysis. Based on this principle, the estimation formula for the cutting width and the limit formula for the minimum cutting radius can be acquired after calculation and summation. It provides a theoretical basis for the determination of the processing scope and material yield in theory during the machining curve by the numerical control curve band-sawing machine.
