摘要
针对国内城市化进程的加速,城市河道正进行新一轮大规模的整治,自然环境恶化,河流防洪等级不断提高,势必对河道治理提出更高的要求。本文提出以景观水利生态为核心的三位一体统筹设计理念,阐述具体内涵和意义,解决以水利治水为主转向景观建设、生态修复等方面的城市滨水带综合治理,并结合上海南翔镇横沥河生态文化景观工程的实践,初步构建该设计理念的模式及体系。

Based on＇the practice of landscape engineering in henglehe river, nanxiang town, Shanghai, the model and system of the concept are preliminarily constructed.
