摘要
铋是一种声速不高 ( 1 771km/s) ,密度适中 ( 9 8g/cm3)的低熔点材料 ( 2 71 4℃ )。传统的石油射孔弹是铜钨基药型罩 ,在其配方的基础上 ,添加适量的铋 ,可以明显提高石油射孔弹的穿深、增大孔径 ,还能有效地抑制孔道的不规则程度 ,提高产品的稳定性。通过对比实验和理论分析 ,探讨了铋在药型罩成型、射流形成和拉伸以及穿靶各个阶段的作用。提出了含铋的药型罩形成的射流处于固液混合态的观点 。
Petrol shaped-charge is a kind of jet exploder for channeling well and oil-gas zones during the development of oilfield. Bismuth, a low melting point material (271 4 ℃) with low velocity of sound (1 771 km/s) and moderate density (9 8 g/cm 3), is the most important component of metal-powder-liner. This paper investigates effect of bismuth on manufacture of the metal-powder-liner, jet forming, jet prolonging and jet penetration depth. When adding 20% of bismuth into the liner, the jet is in solid-liquid state, which makes the jet stable and also elongates its breaking time, thereby, increasing penetration depth, enlarging perforation sizes and improving the perforation tunnels.
