摘要
科技创新平台在国家技术创新体系建设中具有重要作用,通过总结安徽省科技创新平台建设成效,分析平台建设过程中存在的体制机制不健全、管理细则不具体、科研成果转化能力不强等问题,最后提出完善科技创新政策支持体系、引导各类科技园区(基地)差异化发展、促进创新创业服务平台多样化发展、加速科技创新平台资源整合等对策建议。
Innovation platform of science and technology plays an important role in national technical innovation system construction, through summarizing the anhui province science and technology innovation platform construction, analyzes the existing in the process of platform construction of system and mechanism is not sound, management regulations is not specific, scientific research achievements transformation ability is not strong,finally puts forward the improving technology innovation policy support system and guide the development of science and technology park （base） differentiation, promote innovation innovation service platform diversification development, accelerate the innovation platform of science and technology resources integration and other countermeasures.
