摘要
介绍了石灰中和法+石灰铁盐法处理高砷制酸废水的生产工艺过程和实践效果。通过加入石灰乳pH值控制在12~12.5,砷浓度控制在30 mg/L以下。过滤后的滤液在调节池与一般酸性废水混合后,用硫酸调节pH值为7左右,再加入硫酸亚铁,用石灰乳控制pH值7~8,通入压缩空气曝气氧化,最后用石灰乳控制pH值9~10,可保证处理后废水中砷的浓度低于0.3 mg/L,处理后的水可回收利用。
The paper introduces the production process and practical effect of lime neutralization process + lime -ferric saltoxidation process for treating high arsenic acidic wastewater. By adding lime milk, pH value is controlled at 12-12.5, and arsenicconcentration is controlled below 30 mg/L. After the filtrate is filtered, the filtrate is mixed with the conventional acidic wastewater, andthe pH value is controlled at about 7 with sulfuric acid. Ferrous sulfate is further added, the pH value is controlled at 7-8 with lime milk,then the compressed air is used for aeration and oxidation, and finally lime milk is used to control the pH value at 9-10, so that thearsenic concentration in treated wastewater can be ensured less than 0.3 mg/L. The ater after being treated can also be recycled.
