摘要
骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤,虽然总体发病率不高,但是骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤的病情复杂,不完善的评估和不恰当的治疗会导致严重的术后并发症,会使后续治疗变得困难甚至丧失后续治疗的机会,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着科学技术的进步,传统的尿道损伤诊断评估方式不仅无意而且有害,其局限性也越发凸显,而越来越多新的尿道损伤评估方式也被报道。对于骨盆骨折尿道损伤的诊断、分类及治疗目前尚存在一定的争议。本文结合国内外发表文献,探讨尿道损伤的发病率、分类及影像学检查,为尿道损伤的诊断与评估提供一定的参考。
Ahhough the overall incidence of pelvic fractures complicated with urethral injury is not high,but the condition of pelvic fractures complicated with urethral injury is complicated.Incomplete evaluation and inappropriate treatment will lead to serious postoperative complications,will make it difficult to realize the follow-up treatment,and even lose the opportunity of the follow-up treatment as well as have a serious impact on patients＇ quality of life.With the de- velopment of science and technology,the traditional way to diagnose and evaluate urethral injury is harmful to patients, instead of being beneficial to them.And its limitations also increasingly highlight,in addition, more and more new ways of urethra damage evaluation have also been reported.For the diagnosis,classification and treatment of pelvic fractures complicated with urethral injury,there still exists certain controversies.Integrating with the literature published at home and abroad,this paper discusses the incidence of urethral injury, classification and imaging examination so as to provide certain references for the diagnosis and evaluation of urinary tract injury.
