摘要
目的：观察眼针治疗中风后不寐的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组辨证后取眼针穴区进行针刺治疗,每周治疗5 d,对照组给予西药治疗,两组都同时配合中药保神汤口服。4周后根据临床效果进行疗效评价。结果：治疗组治疗后总有效率和量表评分均优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：眼针疗法治疗中风后不寐临床疗效确切。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of eye needle therapy for insomina after stroke.Methods：All 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The treatment group dialectically after the eye needle therapy,5 days a week.The control group was given western medicine.Both group were given Baoshen Decction.4 weeks after observing two groups of curative effect.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group after treatment and rating scale were superior to control group,P0.05.Conclusion：Eye needle therapy for insomnia after stroke was effective.
