摘要
消渴是临床常见的病证,因其发病的持久性、广泛性、遗传性。给消渴病患者的健康造成极大的危害,同时也严重的影响了患者的生存质量和生活状态,中医药治疗消渴有着其不可替代的作用,尤其对于并发症患者,症状复杂患者,西药不耐受患者,整体观念,辨证论治的个体化中医治疗方案就十分恰当。该文梳理古代著作中消渴病的相关文献,以时间为维度将因、机、证、治贯穿解读,了解各时期消渴疾病的认识和发展。以空间维度,将因、机、证、治独立剖析,建立并完善消渴概念理论框架。为全面、系统了解消渴病提供参考和帮助。
Diabetes is a common clinical disease,because of its persistence,universality,hereditary.It has done great harm to the diabetes patients＇ health,but also seriously affects the patients＇ quality of life and life,traditional Chinese medicine has its irreplaceable role in treatment of diabetes,especially for patients with complications,patients with complex symptoms,patients with medication intolerance,traditional Chinese medicine is characterized by the concept of wholism and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Chinese medicine treatment,the individualized treatment is very appropriate.In this paper,synthesizing the ancient related literature of diabetes,with time as the dimension penetrating the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome diferentiation and treatment,understanding the awareness and development of diabetes of various stages.In the spatial dimension,analizing the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome diferentiation and treatment to establish and perfect the theory frame.To provide a comprehensive and systematic understanding of diabetes.
