摘要
高血压是成人心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素,而近年来的流行病学调查研究发现,儿童高血压存在轨迹现象,成人的高血压多由青少年儿童期高血压发展而来,如何降低成人期高血压发病率及相关疾病死亡率,减轻医疗负担,是目前医疗研究的热点。而如何识别及减少儿童高血压发病的风险,显得尤为重要。通过对青少年儿童高血压的发病风险如肥胖、饮食、生活习惯等因素的调整,减低青少年儿童高血压及成人期高血压发生,进一步改善生活质量,提高远期寿命是今后工作的重中之重。
Hypertension is one of the important risk factors into the heart cerebrovascular disease, and in recent years epidemiological studies have found that children＇s trajectory in hypertension, adult hypertension by teenagers childhood hypertension development, how to reduce adult incidence of high blood pressure and related disease mortality, easing the burden on health care, is the hotspot of medical research. How to identify and reduce the risk of hypertension in children is particularly important. Through to the teenage children hypertension risk such as obesity, diet, lifestyle factors such as the adjustment, reduce teenage children and adult hypertension occurs, further improve the quality of life, improve life forward is the key of the future work.
