摘要
目的：建立同时测定鼻窦炎口服液中6种成分（川芎嗪、京尼平龙胆双糖苷、栀子苷、黄芩苷、阿魏酸、柴胡皂苷A）含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,DIKMA Platisil ODS色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,采用梯度洗脱,变换波长检测,检测波长分别为280 nm（川芎嗪、黄芩苷）、240 nm（京尼平龙胆双糖苷、栀子苷）、320 nm（阿魏酸）、210 nm（柴胡皂苷A）,流速为1 m L·min-1。结果：鼻窦炎口服液中的川芎嗪、京尼平龙胆双糖苷、栀子苷、黄芩苷、阿魏酸、柴胡皂苷A 6种成分的线性范围分别为0.0082~0.164μg,0.027~0.54μg,0.02525~0.505μg,0.046~0.92μg,0.059~1.18μg,0.00805~0.161μg,精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈2%;加样回收率分别为97.43%~101.24%,95.24%~99.66%,97.31%~101.58%,95.283%~99.19%,95.78%~99.85%,96.23%~100.79%,RSD分别为1.48%、1.53%、1.31%、1.30%、1.53%、1.46%。结论：该法检测简便、稳定、可靠,是鼻窦炎口服液质量控制的一个快捷有效的方法。
Objective： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of ligustrazine,genipin 1-gentiobioside,geniposide,baicalin,ferulic acid and saikosaponin A in Nasosinusitis Oral Liquid. Methods： The separation was performed on a DIKMA Platisil ODS column（250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） with gradient elution using methanol and 0. 1% H3 PO4 aqueous solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 m L·min-1 and the detection wavelengths were 280 nm for ligustrazine and baicalin; 240 nm for genipin 1-gentiobioside and geniposide; 320 nm for ferulic acid; 210 nm for saikosaponin A,respectively. Results： Ligustrazine,genipin 1-gentiobioside,geniposide,baicalin,ferulic acid and saikosaponin A concentrations were 0. 0082-0. 164 μg,0. 027-0. 54 μg,0. 02525 ~ 0. 505 μg,0. 046 ~ 0. 92 μg,0. 059 ~ 1. 18 μg,0. 00805 ~ 0. 161 μg,respectively. RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%. The recoveries were 97. 43% ~ 101. 24%（RSD = 1. 48%,n = 9）,95. 24% ~99. 66%（RSD = 1. 53%,n = 9）,97. 31% ~ 101. 58%（RSD = 1. 31%,n = 9）,95. 283% ~ 99. 19%（RSD = 1. 30%,n = 9）,95. 78% ~ 99. 85%（RSD = 1. 53%,n = 9）,96. 23% ~ 100. 79%（RSD = 1. 46%,n = 9）. Conclusion： The HPLC method established can be used to determine the contents of ligustrazine,genipin 1-gentiobioside,geniposide,baicalin,ferulic acid and saikosaponin A in Nasosinusitis Oral Liquid. The method can also be used as the standard for the quality control of Nasosinusitis Oral Liquid.
