低温真空吸附床矩形法兰设计与强度校核

摘要 针对低温、真空的工况特点,本文对吸附床矩形法兰进行了初步设计。分别采用当量圆法和有限元法,对矩形法兰强度进行了校核,并对两种计算方法进行了比较。计算结果表明:采用当量圆法与有限元法相结合的方式,可提高矩形法兰设计的可靠性和精确性,在工程设计中具有重要的指导意义。 According to the work condition characteristics of low temperature and vacuum, a preliminary design for rectangular flange of adsorption bed has been carried out in this paper. The strength of rectangular flange is checked by equivalent circle method and finite element method respectively, and the two calculation methods are compared. The calculation results show that the reliability and accuracy of rectangular flange design can be improved by the combination of equivalent circle method and finite element method, which has an important guiding significance in engineering design.
