摘要
已解密的韩国外交档案为研究建交以前中韩间的人文交流提供了重要的一手文献资料。建交前中韩间的人员往来主要在经贸领域,但出于了解中国和搜集中国情报等的需要,韩国在十余个驻外机构里设立了"中共担当官"的职位,与中国外交官进行接触。建交之前,体育和学术交流限于国际体育赛事和国际机构主办的学术活动,中国没有与韩国举行双边的体育、人文交流活动。中韩在经济和文化领域的"非政治接触",实际上离不开政府和政治,也推动了双方政治方面的接触。
The declassified diplomatic archives of ROK provide important primary documents for researching cultural and educational exchanges between China and ROK before the two countries forged diplomatic relations. Before the establishment of diplomatic relations,personnel exchanges between China and ROK were mainly in the field of economic and trade.Because of the need for understanding China and collecting intelligence and other affairs,ROK set up a position of"CPC Responsibility Officer"( diplomats in charge of Chinese affairs) in more than ten Overseas Offices to contact with Chinese diplomats. Before the establishment of diplomatic relations,sports and academic exchanges between the two countries had been limited to international sporting events and academic activities organized by international organizations.China did not hold bilateral sports or cultural exchanges with ROK before. China and ROK's"non-political contacts"in the economic and cultural fields are actually inseparable from the government and politics,and they have also promoted political contacts between the two sides.
