摘要 针对盈达气体年度大修氮气供应不足的问题,提出并实施了对制氧厂污氮气进行回收和利用的方案,以保证各生产单位的正常运行,及降低各生产单位的用氮成本。污氮气抽取出一定量后,势必会造成水冷塔水温升高,通过增设一台冷冻机对水温进行冷量补偿等改造,取得了较好的经济效益,为公司污氮气利用开辟了新的思路。 The nitrogen is in short supply due to the annual overhaul of Yingda Gas Company, so the recycling and utilization scheme of waste nitrogen from oxygen separator is proposed and carried out, in order to guarantee the normal operation of each production unit and decrease the nitrogen cost of each production unit. Extraction of a certain amount of waste nitrogen, the water temperature of water-cool- ing tower shall be increased, therefore one refrigerating machine shall be increased for cold compensation, as well as the other technical transformation methods, which got the better economic benefit, and opened the new mentality for utilization of waste nitrogen.
