摘要
本实验探究B_2O_3组分对中低温(1200℃)K,NaO-CaO-Al2O3-B_2O_3-SiO2系分相乳浊釉性能的影响,通过SEM、XRD、FTIR、维氏硬度计、CIE L*a*b*等测试手段对样品釉面性能及显微结构进行测试分析。实验结果表明:随着B_2O_3引入量的增加,釉面乳浊度明显提高,白度随之增加,在B_2O_3为1.2 mol当量时可达最大值78.7%,但过量引入B_2O_3不利于乳浊度的提高,且易降低釉面平整度及硬度。SEM、XRD测试及Ca O-B_2O_3-Si O2相图分析表明,分相釉的乳浊主要来源于釉层中分相液滴对入射光产生的散射效应。适当的B_2O_3含量有利于分相液滴的形成与长大,并提高两相折射率差值,从而有利于强化釉层对入射光的散射,提高釉面乳浊化程度。
Effects of B2O3 content on the properties of the medium/low-temperature ( 1200 ℃) separate- phase glaze belonging to the K, NaO-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 system was analyzed. The properties and microstructures were characterized by SEM, XRD, FTIR, Vickers hardness and colour test et al. The results indicate that with the increase of B2O3 content, the opacification of glaze increased obviously, and the whiteness of glaze improved with it, and the whiteness reaches the maximum value of 78.7% when the B2O3 content is 1.2 mol. But introducing the excessive B2O3 content gave rise to little improving of the glazed opacity, and the flatness and hardness of the glaze also decreased. The results of the SEM and XRD text and the analyse of CaO-B2O3-SiO2 phase diagram reveale that the opacification of the glaze is mainly due to the scattering effect of the phase-separated droplets isolated from the matrix phase on the incident light. The increase of B2O3 contents is helpful for the formation and coarsening of the droplets and the improvement of the refractive index difference, which strengthened the scattering ability of the glaze on the incident light, and thus the opacification of glaze is enhanced.
