摘要
高质量的教师队伍是各国教育品质的核心保障。美国教师评价标准呈现出由合格到卓越、再到年度卓越的文化价值取向。本文以美国教师教育认证制度的政府文件和美国年度卓越教师荣誉获得者的推荐资料为文本进行分析,从教育理念、课堂经营、人际关系、职业生涯发展、专业素养等层面,探究、提炼出美国教师从合格走向卓越的职业能力特质。同时,文章从自我修养、提升标准、本土特色等三个层面论证了我国卓越教师职业能力的标准构建,以期为当下卓越教师的培育提供有益借鉴。
The cultivation of effective and excellent teachers is the core supportive factor of high- quality education. The accreditation standards of teachers at K-12 level in American has undergone a culture of "qualified-excellence - yearly distinguished". This manuscript, by using content analysis methodology, explored the documents concerning teacher assessment culture and values in preparation and accreditation from teaching visions, classroom and relationship management, career and professional development.
