基于智能电网的分布式发电并网优化研究与仿真

摘要 为优化分布式发电系统的并网方案,增加售电收益,促进电网峰谷平衡,根据智能电网峰谷阶梯式电价差异,开发一种分布式发电智能控制系统,该系统能在电网谷段时储能,平段时自发自用,峰段时售电上网。系统由光伏发电阵列、智能控制器、蓄电池组、逆变器、双向智能电表、通信模块等组成。采用C语言编写控制器程序,VB开发上位机软件。通过仿真实验,系统能提升分布式发电的投资收益和缓解电网峰谷差异。 In order to optimize the grid connected scheme of distributed generation,increase the sale income of electricity,promote the peak valley balance of grid,an intelligent distributed power control system is designed according to different prices between the peak and valley in smart grid. The system can store electrical energy in the valley time of grid,power for their own use in parity time,and sell electricity to the grid in peak time. The system consists of photovoltaic array,the intelligent controller,battery,inverters,two-way smart meters,and communications modules etc. The software for controller is programmed by C language. The software for upper computer is programmed by Visual Basic.Through the simulation experiment,it can both increase revenue of distributed generation and alleviate the load time of peak and valley imbalance.
