摘要
唑来膦酸是新一代强效的含氮双膦酸盐类药物,临床广泛应用于恶性肿瘤骨转移的治疗,可减少骨相关事件的发生,药理活性强而不良反应少。在骨转移瘤中,唑来膦酸可协同增加放疗的抗肿瘤疗效,减轻症状而提高患者生活质量。唑来膦酸与放疗的作用机制与抑制肿瘤细胞信号通路、诱导凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、抑制血管形成、调节免疫微环境等有关。唑来膦酸的抗肿瘤作用越来越受到关注,其在恶性肿瘤的治疗中有良好的应用前景。本文就唑来膦酸联合放疗抗肿瘤的研究进展作一综述。
Zoledronic acid is one of new potent bisphosphonates containing nitrogen, widely used in the treatment ot bone metastases of malignancies. It can reduce the occurrence of bone-related events and has a potent pharmacological activity and less adverse reactions. Previous studies have found that the effect of radiotherapy on bone metastasis can be synergistically increased by zoledronic acid in alleviating symptoms and improving the patients' life quality. Basic researches have confirmed the mechanism of zoledronie acid and radiotherapy may be concerned with the inhibition of signaling pathways, apoptosis-inducing, arrest of cell cycle, inhibition o~ angiogenesis and regulation of immune microenviroment. More and more attentions are focused on the antitumor effect of zoledronic acid which may have a good application prospect in malignancies. This paper reviews the research progress of the application of zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of malignancies.
